Hello there,

Just an offer. 

M/S: one running band for (lets say) 15 min starting from first QSO on this band and one multiplier band for (lets say) 15 min. period, starting from the first QSO on the multiplier band.

M/1 : one and only one band for (lets say) 10min period to run or S&P starting from the first QSO on the current band. No any band changes during this (lets say) 10min period are allowed. 

So this offer is not to replace one category by another but to add one more Multi category and let them to compete for some period (if you like). This could give a chance for more accurate choice depending on your technical and human resources. 

Please don't hurt me hard :)
