[CQ-Contest] Contest Club Score version 2.0 released

I have released a new version of ClubScore, you can download it from here:

   http://software.ad1c.us/Club_Score/

This program takes a 3830 Score Summary and filters out the scores for
the specified contest club.

Here are the release notes:

     Fixed bug where first category in summary was ignored
     Now writes multi-op callsigns for ARRL Sweepstakes
