I just received the very nice certificate from the California Qso Party - John Miller. 
Thank you very much. It is a very nice certificate, for 2008. 
Yes, I know.. 2nd place is not supposed to be a big deal.. right?
The wording is "Second Place in Wyoming" 
Not bad I think.. then... it dawns on me... 
 
I was running qrp. and all I have is wire antennas. 
Thank you for all the Qs and 
and I have admission to this years CAQP too...
