[CQ-Contest] serial card

Somehow I have lost the driver cd to a pci serial card that someone posted 
on cq-contest (I think) maybe 4 or 5 years ago. This was quite a deal with 4 
serial ports for 15-20 bucks shipped. Does anyone know where I can get 
drivers for this card? Picture on www.k9mi.com   I have Googled with no 
luck, as I don't have the manufacturers name. Yes, this was a total DOE! on 
my part. If anyone recognizes it, or has any suggestions about finding the 
drivers I would appreciate it. Tnx...
