[CQ-Contest] late summer station availability

My station is available for guest operators for the WAE DX SSB contest in
September.  I have one op who may be interested in a multi-op, but has no
experience with wae.

Also in October the weekend of Oct 9-10 is open, and the WAG weekend of Oct
16-17 is open.
