[CQ-Contest] Real time scores for NAQP CW

Ok, if you can't post using your logger use the link:

That was only an hours worth of work, there is no error checking yet, but
there will be before the weekend.  Don't worry about messing up the data,
I'll dump it all around the start of the contest if I remember.
