No, Steve ... I think it is you that is missing the mark.  Art, by his 
own admission, didn't just submit a log without those contacts because 
he was afraid of getting dinged for a NIL ... he submitted a log without 
those contacts with the hope that the other guys would get dinged for a NIL.
