[CQ-Contest] real time scores this weekend

I just made a change to the page generation so that in single band contests
it won't matter if you select 'all' bands or just the specific band for your
contest setup.  This removes the separate categories that were being
displayed on the 160m contest page and groups them together properly.

There appears to be a bug in the writelog posting process, it seems to be
sending the breakdown for the band but not the total qso's and mults.  I
could probably work around this but it might have consequences for other
contests.  For now if the count of q's and mults is missing in the summary
section of the page look in the breakdown section by clicking on the link
for the callsign and it will probably be there.

Also, those who are reporting single-operator-assisted should note that in
the arrl 160m contest there is no category for that, if you use the spotting
network you are multi-op.
