[CQ-Contest] Software Versions to Support XE States in 10 Meter Contest

It would be very helpful if software developers or users would post what version of software or supporting data files to use in the ARRL 10 Meter Contest this weekend.  With the new XE state multipliers and abbreviations, it would be great if as many people as possible could update BEFORE they get a surprise this weekend :-)  When information is posted, please relay it to your local non-contesting clubs and organizations, too.
