[CQ-Contest] Software Versions To Support XE States in 10M Contest

I've check the latest versions of these two, and they both contain all  
32 XE Mults:

N1MM Logger v.10.11.2  (dated 23-November-2010)

TR4W v.4.231 (dated 4-December-2010)
