[CQ-Contest] What Do You Do about US Stations Calling US in ARRL DX?

I had about 5 US callers.  I simply work them giving them the correct 
exchnage, not log them, and move on.  Even if they don't get QST, if 
they're interested they can look up online what contest is going on.
