[CQ-Contest] What Do You Do about US Stations Calling US in ARRL DX?

What I've done in the past is either ignore them or work them to get
them off my back if they become too much of a nuisance, then remove
them from the log I send it. I always keep a copy of the log with
their QSO's in it because if I work them it's a sure thing they will
ask for a QSL.
