[CQ-Contest] What Do You Do about US Stations Calling US in ARRL DX?

They're a royal pain in the a**, but just work them!  It takes more  time 
to say "sri no us in test tu" that just working them.  Not only that,  but if 
you don't work them, many will continue to call you and QRM your run  
frequency.
