[CQ-Contest] ARSI HQ station in IARU HF Contest

The Amateur Radio Society of India (ARSI) will be represented in the IARU HF
2010 contest this weekend by Pai VU2PAI who will be using his own call.
VU2PAI will be giving out the ARSI HQ multiplier to all comers.

Gopal VU2GMN who is the President of ARSI will be giving out the R3
multiplier being a Director of IARU Region 3. Look out for him on SSB.
