[CQ-Contest] IARU HF "K4C" Attention located in Puerto Rico

Guys,

We will be activating the special call "K4C" celebrating the Central 
American and Caribbean Games
in Mayaguez Puerto Rico.

We will be active all bands "serious mode" on the IARU HF championship.
Since its a call that is mostly for US stations, When you log the call , 
just change the zone to 11 and the logging software with score the 
correct points and multiplier, so dont worry.
