[CQ-Contest] Yaesu rotor conversion to 220 volts

I (inadvertently) converted a G1000DXA to 220V. You just need to change
out the power transformer (in the control head) with the 220V version.
My episode happened when my (110V) transformer failed and Vertex sent me the
wrong replacement.
