[CQ-Contest] Use of CW decoders in contests

I see no problem with using a CW decoder, until someone is able to run a
200 hour using one :.)
I know several guys who used them as a crutch to get them started in CW
contesting, and now they do well without them. Think of a CW decoder as
subtitles...
