[CQ-Contest] Omitting callign in exchange

There were a few smarty-pants ops who were omitting their callsign in the  
exchange.  They were in violation of the rules, and should be  disqualified! 
 As the country song goes, they knew what they were a doin',  but what were 
they a thinkin'?
 
For them to omit their callsign was confusing, as it broke the rhythm of  
what I, and my logging software, was expecting to copy.

Note  well that "Your Callsign" is a *required part of the exchange* as
stated in  rule 4.3.  Its ommission makes the exchange invalid, IMO.  So  
it's redundant, that doesn't matter, it's *required*.
