you can go to: http://www.reversebeacon.net/skimmers.php
and get the addresses of many of the active skimmers and connect to them directly if the owner allows it. this way you could use a tool like my wintelnetx or one of the other multi-node spot collectors to create your own skimmer aggregation. typically during cw contests i'll see 7 or 8 users connected directly to my skimmer server, i assume that is what they are doing.

I'd say the difference is we all know about the RBN, and
know where to find it. It aggregates data on all bands
from multiple world-wide sites. It is effectively a public
skimmer server, one that will soon bring democracy to
"spotting" and, at the same time, do away with the crime
of self-spotting.
Where are the other comparable skimmer servers - any URLs?
I'd suggest the issue is how to define the difference
between "personal" and "public" skimmer servers. It
seems to me, however, that for WW contesting purposes,
there may not be room for more than one public skimmer
server - in other words, all data from all skimmer
servers should be aggregated and made publicly available
from one source.
