[CQ-Contest] 275 km petition

Mike: My scores do not count in any CQ type contest even though I live in
the northwest corner of Arizona and my contest club is the ARIZONA Outlaws
Contest Club. How can that remotely make any sense or even be fair. That
275km rule also applies to 4 other guys here in Arizona. The ARIZONA Outlaws
are competing with one arm tied behind their backs. How does it make any
sense 5 guys in Arizona can't participate in the Arizona contest club

Everyone in the world is
entitled to be burdened
by my opinion

How about providing possible solutions to issue. How would you solve
this issue? What would be acceptable to you? Do you want the entire
country to be allowed to submit scores? a 1000km radius? etc.

I don't really see why a petition needs to be created. Good sound new
ideas are generally well accepted.

How about more background. Who is unable to submit scores and why?
What contests? etc.

We could all sign a petition for cheaper fuel prices but what will it
really achieve?
