"1) This ridiculous general limitation for clubs radius."

Why is it ridiculous to have a definition? And every sponsor is free and
some already allow every kind of "club" to enter - Why not have the
"Winner´s Club of the World" - where all the bigguns unite who want to have
a smashing victory, also being allowed to lobby for as many DX-peditions as
possible to add to their "club entry"?
In real sports - which is contesting of course not - every team has the same
number of players until one or the other is sent off via a red card. But
maybe DL should lobby at FIFA to have 13 players in its team in Football
WorldCup in Brazil. We are a handicapped country compared to Brazil (having
less inhabitants). Hw?

Why not have team competition with four our five members each? Seems much
more of an incentive for young hams to compete on their level than to be in
the biiiig bag with their entry summing up to the score a big Multi-Station
of the club looses during a one-hour break due to software probs.

Oh and this one
"5) Why not some requirements for top 5 competitors as the Russian are doing
now? - Why not the entire contest recorded for those who are playing for top
5 or records."
is one of my favourites. Lump this requirement into a seperate "Formula
One"-category. But setting different standards for competitors in a category
is also something not applied in real sports at all. Imagine that only teams
with a camera chip in the shoe were allowed to win a medal in football world
cup - regardless whether they have beaten every competitor. Interesting
requirement, may be, but either for all in this category or for none.
Everyone in a given category must have the same right to win (old fashioned
sports perspective, not fitting for an engineer´s competition). But of
course every sponsor is free to do what he wants.

Btw talking about incentive for young hams: How about a basic category with
basic hardware setup and basic time requirement (now waiting for all those
fans of 48 hours who never operate longer than 24 hours)
