[CQ-Contest] Club/Group competition

Everyone who sends his log, writes his club in his cabrillo file. What he 
declares, this is his club. If we are in 3 clubs, only one we can write. So 
where is the problem and need categories, subcategories, etc. The same until 
today but without the distance limitation... I wonder if someone until today 
has checked if the participants were members of a specific club or were 
inside the distance's limitation...
