Just a thinking about these days reality.
Today the World is relatively small and peoples are moving often and sometimes very far. But they still want to have a relations with they club. Imagine the situation: German guy moved to USA because he have got a good contract and work permit for a few years. Next step - apply for USA call. And what will you see in the log?
Call: USA call
Position: USA position
Operator call: German call
Final - points will go to the German club because the member of this club is in the "DXpedition". But is this true? Replace country names and ....
I think many of you know many other examples like this one. Lithuania is not an exclusion as well.
So nothing against, nothing for yet. Just another one point...
