[CQ-Contest] Double & Triple Spots?

Someone or something is repeating the spots with the frequency multiplied by 10. It was doing this 
about a month ago too and no-one tracked down who was responsible. I set my cluster to reject 
anything outside of the amateur frequencies and it rejects most of it.
