[CQ-Contest] NS Ladder Thursday

This is Week 5 of NS Ladder XII .. . so time to still qualify for the NSL
Wine prizes, which require a minimum 5 weeks.   Since this is by weighted
random drawing, medium-scoring ops have a good chance at a bottle of W0YK's
award winning CA Pinot Noir wine ( www.munsvineyard.com )

We have a high participation level for this ladder, perhaps in part because
of the excellent practice opportunity afforded for the upcoming Sept NAS CW.

5 Bands 15m - 160m, and yes 15m is open at 0230Z!

The slow speed "SNS" is one-half hour earlier on
20, 40 and 80m with a speed limit in the mid-20 wpm.
