[CQ-Contest] Fw: [RRDXA] E73M - I have cheated

Some years ago I worked V73C on 40 meters in the ARRL CW DX contest.
He was just booming in. He gave 005 as his power.

I asked him about it later. He said he was indeed running 5 watts but
had a beam over salt water. It was the loudest 5 watts I ever heard.
