[CQ-Contest] New CQWWDX CW/PH plaques in OC M/M

Dear Contesters

We are willing to inform you that we KH0AM gang present the new 
M/M plaques both for PH/CW in CQWWDX contests. But it's the limited 
period for 5years only (2011-2015 10plaques).

We lost two members of KH0AM (keeping M/M record in OC both 
PH/CW in CQWWDX contest) in recent years. So I asked members 
to donate the plaques for the memory of SK members and all 
accepeted the offer.

So plan to make the M/M effort in the comming CQ WW DX PH/CW 
in Oceania.
