[CQ-Contest] Inequity of Zone Checking

Or then how about stations like me. A W9 station 99% of it is in Zone
8, and some software automatically make this assumption, But there are
a few of us that are in zone 7.
I always send zone 7 because that is where I am. But what does the CC
think?
