Hello Help

During the 10 RTTY contest I along with others worked N7JAL/KH2 on Guam

He insisted that he was going to give GUAM as the exchange , I heard a VE7???  try to explain that he needed a differant report. I logged what was sent as he wasn't going to change the exchange.  

Should those that did get dinged ?  Also  AL9A didn't give the correct exchange ??  Just AK ??
