anyway this information
http://wiki.contesting.com/index.php/160m_frequency_allocations is relative

for example in CX it say:
CX Uruguay CW: 1800-2000 SSB: 1800-2000

but really our local authority URSEC
http://www.ursec.gub.uy/scripts/templates/portada_principal.asp?nota=portada
home.asp allows us in this segments:

Frecuencia KHz 160 Mts. Modos

      1.800 a 1.810 CW
      1.810 a 1.815 CW DIGIMODOS
      1.815 a 1.850 CW SSB

Asunto: [CQ-Contest] Topband allocations in Region 1 and the ARRL DX contest

For those active in this weekend ARRL DX contest.
Be aware that in many non USA countries there are restrictions on use of
the 160m band.
Except for some exceptions below 1810 transmitting is not allowed. A lot
of countries have a restriction above 1850.

Most countries have 1830-1850 in common. For USA stations this is the
most effective part to call CQ. For the Europeans it would be helpful if
those countries who do not have a restriction to keep out of 1830-1850
and call CQ below or above that portion of the band.
