Dear fellow contesters,

For the 2011 IARU HF Championship, JARL will establish 7 HQ stations in
various regions of Japan.  Each station may be heard on other bands than
specified below outside the Contest in the week of 3rd July.

All QSOs will be QSLed automatically via the buro.
