TWO CHANGES THIS WEEK:

Let's try a popular suggestion in the sent exchange:  Send ORIGINAL 
CALLSIGN instead of name.
Since the two low bands are at their seasonal worst, let's play on 20 
and 40m only.

Thursday, July 7 local time, July 8, UTC, 0230-0300Z.   730 PM PDT, 
...1030 PM EDT

NS will be on  20/40m   (+38 to +45),
NCCC SPRINT LADDER  RULES, NO DUPES
100 WATTS max.,  mults count on each band.
