Here's a handy little 3-way 3-wire RCA switch:

You can make a left/right/split headphone switch by connecting 
left radio to input 3, right radio to input 1, and using 
y-adapters to connect each side to input 2.

You can also switch other things, like keyer, paddle, mic, ptt, 
etc. to two or three radios.
