[CQ-Contest] Pre-registration is now open for CQWW SSB Xtreme entries

If you are considering entering the CQWW SSB Contest in the Xtreme
category, pre-registration is now open.

Send an email to Xtreme at cqww.com with a description of your proposed
operation, information on your station, callsign to be used,
operators, and technology to be used.

This category encourages the use of remote stations, Internet-linked
stations, remote transmit and/or receive sites, and other innovative
technologies.
