Hello Doug,

Besides all innovative technologies listed why not extreme power too?
It might help reducing the number of rule breaking stations and clear up top
score listing.

I guess this category was added to give everybody chance to do what they
like?

To qoute a director of CQWW DX contest, K3EST from last PVRC webinar:"let's
have a fun". Also he was talking something about being responsible and fair
but it is another topic.
