THIS THURSDAY EVENING, WE RETURN TO THE NS ONE-HALF HOUR SESSION. 
QRP - OUTPUT LIMITED TO 5 WATTS.  NO DUPES.
 
OTHERWISE REGULAR RULES AND FORMAT THIS WEEK.
 
Thursday, October 27 local time, October 28, UTC, 0230-0300Z. 7:30 PM PDT, ...10:30 pm EDT
NS will be on 20m, 40m, 80m,160m (+38 to +45) or ~1815 kHz. 
NCCC SPRINT RULES, but 5 WATTS max.  Mults count on each band.
