[CQ-Contest] Country File errata from CQWW 2011 Phone

I noted the following country file issues during CQWW 2011 Phone.
Were there any others?  Please check the RELEASE NOTES (
http://www.country-files.com/cty/history.htm ) before reporting
something that was already in a file you didn't have, in other words,
don't tell me that TX5A came up with no country:


* RA/KE5JA is Asiatic, not European Russia (CQ zone 19)
* NP2N is US Virgin Islands, not USA
* VE2IDX is CQ Zone 2
* VE3ZF/2 is in CQ Zone 2


Did I miss any?  I'll release a new file early this week.
