[CQ-Contest] OQRS Online QSL Reply System

I am looking for someone that can help us with a OQRS system for our J6M 
operation.  I have been looking for some scripts that other expeditions 
might wish to share with others but at this point I have drawn a blank 
and this is a bit above my capabilities and time.

Any help would be appreciated.
