[CQ-Contest] Fwd: Split operation in CQ WW CW

Just an idea for humans, RBN and clusters for quickly communicating
some chaos management split on CW.
At least I will be transmitting upr2 next CQWW CW when I want people
to call about 0.2kHz up.

Or upr1 for 100Hz.
