[CQ-Contest] Log submission time

CQ has made it's choice it has published them and now it is time we moved on if you don't like what CQ have done you can do 1 of 3 things
 
1/ Don't enter CQ contest that have a 5 day after log submission
2/ Email CQ and tell them directly what you think 
3/ Work the CQ Contest submit your log as per the rules ( WFWL)  work first worry later !!
