[CQ-Contest] Bad Format Logs

To add more: Logs with undetectable time errors - which only show up during
the checking process, i.e. someone forgetting to reset the timezone in his
notebook after a business trip. The qtr of all qsos may well be within the
contest`s time frame (so not rejected by the frontend robot) but during the
checking process this logs produce NILs for him and the other stations.
The later detected the bigger the problem...
