[CQ-Contest] Is QSL Bureau pertinent in today HAM Radio

 I have found a sure-fire way to reduce the number of bureau cards I have to deal with.
Simply put, I operate from Minnesota. Since I never have to worry about working large numbers
of DX stations from here, it keeps the bureau requests to a minimum.
