Or a retaliation to all the slow ID'ers.  Ya know the guys that ID maybe 
once every 20 qso's or worse?

A really simple AND would be very effective thing to do, and if you are 
a S&P er, it would not slow you down one bit really.

When you run into one of these never ID guys,  make sure you send his 
call when you work him during the exchange, if he won't every now and 
then say his call,  well then have EVERYONE say his call for him,  this 
would surely slow him down or change his ways.

There were  few I heard all weekend, on several bands too, at least a 
hundred times I heard them,  but never worked them, Probably wasted 30 
minutes total waiting for their call. just this one station.
