[CQ-Contest] Help HS ham needs boom piece

If anyone on this reflector near me has time to track down a good shipping 
method and will take time to ship it, I have what Charley needs.

Unfortunately I'm way behind on work and cannot realistically commit to 
doing much other than supplying the part.
