[CQ-Contest] Flashback - Is It Time?

I like the idea of a "best contiguous 24 hours" side-bet on a number of
levels.

1 - It imposes no burden on the underlying contest sponsor.

2 - It could serve as a test bed to validate the interest in a real 24-hour
category.

3 - Players could still submit logs of longer operation to the underlying
test.
