[CQ-Contest] bluetooth t-coil headphone substitute for contesting

I use an iCom made by Phonak.  It is stereo, connects via bluetooth to the
aids.  Takes input from phone jack on xcvr.  Can be "on charge" while in
use, so no battery life issue.
