Hi Doug
Just one correction on your list, Aruba
<https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/aa.html>is
not SA, that changes the results a bit.
On the other hand you can easily see  that winners are all close to the
Ecuador CQ zones (8,9,10,35,36,etc) but there is another thread about
scoring.
