[CQ-Contest] Summarizing the Skimmer Accuracy Thread

There was a KT6 station that was always spotted as T6...which is 
obviously pretty rare.  This was happening because of some strange 
spacing the guy was using in his CQ messages.  This was not in a contest 
and I wonder if it was done on purpose.
