Regarding preserving QSLs.....I frequent garage sales, thrift stores and swap meets looking for, among other things, 3 ring photo album binders with 'magnetic' pages. These are just ordinary transparent plastic pages with a center of black or white paper. I slip 4 to 6 QSL cards per facing page, if just 4 I also cut out the stamps and put them next to the QSL card, makes for an interesting display.
I have albums for "South America", "Africa", "Friends", "DX", "Sexy", "QSL Checker", "Special"...etc. The albums usually cost about $1 apiece. I don't know if they are 'acid free' or how long they will last, but they make the QSL cards easier to view than a 100 QSLs stuffed in a cigar box.

It's probably a bit early to be practicing for the Dayton 2014 KCDXC CW
Pile Up Competition but I've made the following enhancements to the
PileUpNet practice application that may prove useful in reviewing Dayton
2012 and 2013 results.
Replay feature - This adds the capability to replay the Dayton 2012-2013
competitions showing, in Morse Race fashion as the contest progresses, the
top five players, a user-selected player from those who participated at
Dayton, the average of all players who participated at Dayton, and the best
practice run of the user.
Rate Review feature -This shows, for each of the above participants, the
number of characters from correct calls added in each of the twenty-second
intervals of the contest and includes the ability to review the pile up
audio corresponding to any user-selected twenty-second interval. Also
included in the rate review is the average rate and rate deviation for each
player as well as those intervals where the player gained or lost ground
against the minimum score required to secure a position in the top five box
.
These enhancements are available as Patch 180-02 on the PileUpNet Practice
page at
http://www.no5w.com/PileUpNetPractice.html
If you haven't already done so be sure to apply Patch 180-01 before
applying 180-02.

Over the years, I have collected hundreds of contest and special event
certificates. I found a source of 3-ring plastic jackets and was able to place
them in 3-ring binders. Much easier to keep them neatly stored. I was wondering
if anyone knows of a similar source of plastic jackets/pockets that can be put
in 3-ring binders for qsl cards...maybe 6 to a page? I have a large collection
of qsl pockets that could be displayed on a wall. That is not what I am looking
for. Anyone have some ideas?

"QSL Pocket Binders" in GOOGLE found many. Example:
http://www.qslcardholders.com/
"QSL Card Holders" might work too. I forget the name that used to have all
types 15+ years ago.

One resource to consider would be archival post card collection albums
and pages. These can be fairly expensive because they are manufactured
using materials that will not fade or change the color of the inks and
paper.
Here is one source:
http://www.safepub.com/sections/postcard-albums-supplies-sleeves
But you can Google "archive quality postcard holders" to review the
large variety of sources and options for these supplies.

Results of the 2013 7QP are now on our web page, www.7QP.org.
Certificates will be out by 1 July.
Plaques will take a bit longer due to the engraving delay.
73 and thanks for your support of the 7QP.

Look where they sell photo albums. I inherited several photo albums when my
father passed away that look like what you are talking about, made for 4x6
photos 3 pockets per page. Might be a little oversize for regular ring
binder, but they sell the albums too.

I wonder if Charly, HS0ZCW ever tried PSK on HF? These are often inaudible
signals barely visible on waterfall with perfect error-free print! WSJT EME
is even better case. Beware of human limitations. Pilots are trained to
fly by instruments!
Absolute limitations on SDR is ADC overflow level which is around 1 mW.
Your contest kW kill them unless good frontend bandpass filters are used.
Fortunately lot of signals are amplitude modulated.

Back in the '90s I bought a large number photo albums that held 3 - 4" x
6" on each side of the page. They were about $7 each at the time.
Plus you could carefully separate a divider between two 4 x 6 sections
to accommodate larger cards.
Photo albums are getting to be as scarce as hen's teeth nowadays.

Bill Plum, the guy who sells QSL supplies (mostly known for his envelopes
and international stamps) also sells QSL binders.
Contact Bill at plumdx at msn.com for a current price list. (Not affiliated
with Bill, just a satisfied customer.)
