[CQ-Contest] ARRL Log checking reports

There are some data processing issues holding things up but Contest 
Branch Manager W1MSW is working away at them.  Line Scores and LCRs are 
at the top of the list and they will be generated as quickly as 
possible.  The Centennial also soaked up a lot of resources around HQ in 
July.
